DIY Fragrance Mist with Essential Oils
I've really gotten into essential oils lately. The list of possibilities and benefits seem to be endless and I'm still learning but I've already started incorporating them into my daily routine. One of my favorite ways to use them are making my own natural fragrance mists.
I have a couple around the house for different uses. The first is a room spray that's refreshing and invigorating using lemon, orange, and peppermint essential oils. It's a great thing to spray around to just freshen up the air, neutralize odors, and even give you a little energy boost. The second one I keep on my bedside table that I like to spray on my pillow before bed to help me drift off to sleep. It's a calming and soothing combination of lavender, chamomile, and vetiver. You can take this basic recipe and pretty much mix whatever oils you like to make your own blends! Experiment and have fun! What are your favorite ways to use essential oils? Tell me in the comments!
