Cider Moscow Mule

Hard apple cider, ginger beer, and a little vodka for good measure.  Cider Moscow Mules are the perfect thing to make at your next Autumn get-together.

Cider Moscow Mule

makes 1 mule

4 oz hard apple cider
1 oz vodka
4 oz ginger beer
crushed ice
Fresh ginger, thinly sliced to garnish

Fill a copper mug with crushed ice.  Add the cider, vodka, and ginger beer and stir to combine.  Garnish with a thin slice of ginger root.
