Ahhh! Today is the day: my baby Pie All The Time is out in the world! I’ve dreamed of writing a cookbook someday, and I feel so, so blessed I was afforded the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make it happen! It’s been the most challenging and rewarding thing I’ve ever done, without a doubt!

Truly A Pie For Every Season + Occasion
The book is filled with just about every kind of pie recipe you can think of! Sweet, savory, mini and handheld, tarts, galettes, pot pies, fruit, custard, ice cream, you name it! And even two bonus chapters with recipes to accompany pie and recipes for what to make with your pie dough scraps! Below is the full Table of Contents for you, so you can see all the tempting pies for yourself! It’s broken up into 4 main categories of pies: fruit, custard-based, savory, and mini which is a mix of sweet and savory (my favorite chapter). There’s also a chapter for all the master dough recipes used throughout the book, as well as bonus chapters for pie accompaniments and mini recipes for using up pie dough scraps and a whole section in the beginning chalk full of tips and tricks for mastering pie!
